The Dental Law and Ethics Forum (DLEF) was established in 1999 and our first open meeting was held on 8th December that year.
Our objective is to promote education in the field of dental law and ethics in the UK by discussion amongst dentists, lawyers, dento-legal professionals and any other interested parties.
The DLEF is pleased to be able to announce that Chris Dean, a partner with The Dental Law Partnership will join the Forum this year. The date will be announced soon.
There will be a joint meeting with the Medico-Legal Society in June.
Advance notice is given of the meeting on September 22 when Prof Derrick Willmot will lecture to the Forum. Professor Willmott is Professor of Orthodontics at Sheffield and Dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the London RCS. Further details will follow.
